Once it goes private (IF it goes private), it will be neither red nor green. There will be no orderly market. There will be no market at all. There will be no buyers nor sellers in an open market.
There will only be buyers and sellers meeting in the financial equivalent of dark back alleys if a seller can find a buyer anywhere. No one will know the market value of a share. Because there will be no orderly market. A seller will sell for what a buyer demands if a sale is to happen at all.
