I don't want to state anything that isn't fact atleast as best I know it, but there apparently was a substantial amount of revenue that could have been booked Q4 but wasn't. They've just discovered that and are now able to put it in Q1. That as I understand it, is why Q1 is delayed. The previous auditors missed it but has been caught now. Someone mentioned yesterday that they had partnered with what turned out to be the wrong vendors for us. The auditors fall into. That. So for me, if the above is true, I'm happy to accept a delay in Q1 to not only get accurate reporting, but more favorable numbers.
