The rule change is years behind the curve. Many thousands of investors have been destroyed over the decades even when the chart technicals were in their favor by a lopsided perspective.
As far as BMIC, this was spotted by a friend the day of the Enertrade announcement and, as all can see, he was right on the money. BMIC is in the middle of executing for a client. I believe that he will continue but no new business. That's all I know or see.
