So...you're suggesting that getting OTC current after over 2 years of delinquent filings...and the filings that announced their aquisition of 2 companies readily identifyable and their JV announcement with a cash-flow positive entity and their 'official' filings via the OTX regarding their restructuring efforts are all false? Hmmmmm...
