Great find- SAR's and Shell Companies

This has to be taken into account for any R/M using Shell Companies. However, this may work into the favor of Shells. As reporting becomes more stringent, it will force the new company/owners to be compliant knowing it's harder to get away with any kind of shenanigans after these types of cases
