FBG, I saw a similar hype regarding BO at this time last year as DOC was relieved of his duties and TL was bought in. Apparently, his past stints and experience indicated he was bought in especially to negotiate and finalize a BO.
Do you feel the indications are stronger today of a deal or BO than they were a year ago? Or are we getting fooled twice?
Most likely the silence is due to the clinical hold. This being a combo trial with a BP makes it more sensitive than if it was only adxs involved and we know they are negotiating a deal for axal which adds to the sensitivity. This is more likely than a buyout but I would be ok with moving on if that is the case.
