Annual report was filed and all obligations to OTC current met 4 weeks early start of March. The Company said Financial focused PR coming next week- one of the things we might get is Audited Financials. This would be important for up-listing the ticker to QB..... among providing more credibility- also the legal win is supposed to be detailed. We could get a number of other things as well!
