Oncologie is but a few months old. How can you say the ip is in good hands?
I still think it’s a very suspicious situation. Finding the $8 Million trail will be more difficult than tracing $130k paid to some porn star to keep quiet.
Well, since we did a deal that involves potential future payments I think we as SHs have a right to know more about Oncologie and their capabilities. You are right in that Oncologie owes us nothing. However, our own BOD does owes us this information and they should have it if they were ok with a futuristic type deal.
We shouldn't have to depend on one of our posters to tell us the IP is on good hands. We are the SHs of a company who did a "on the come" deal and our BOD should know and tell us more about who Oncologie is and their likelihood of developing the IP
The exact opposite is true. I can't believe I have to say this. You want a big company with a lot of financial resources, long expertise on developing oncology drugs and determining the best and most rapid pathway through clinical trials and who also through experience, knows the FDA submission/approval process like the back of their hand. Bavi has a poor MOA and was a prayer but for years and years was being touted by unscrupulous management as the Holy Grail. The price PPHM/CDMO got for their IP and who they sold it to should make that crystal clear.
Building CDMO is a far better way for old PPHM investors to get at least some of their money back. If the new management doesn't have several new clients which significantly increase revenues, say in about a year, then you should start worrying.
