Actually i recall a member contacted thee attorney of arcaro and got confirmation there before clerks records

Yeah, they post stuff very oddly lately. He got custodianship of EENX and it was posted pretty quickly. I don't sweat the custodianships as they always get them, or they wouldn't apply. So just assume he got it IMO, worst case they need something signed etc, that is what happened with one of Arcaro's.
