The contract that Micro$oft extends to any manufacturer is standard. I posted a copy of it on this channel.
The contract is already kinda fraudulent. Microsoft promise not to sue an Android device manufacturer, provided the manufacturer pays M$ X.x% of their sales. It is fraudulent because Microsoft didn't write Android, Google did.
The contract cannot be extended to any other entity, so Peter's dreams of Ka-Ching are for naught.
