Looks like Steve saw this coming and that's why the conversion hit so hard and fast a few month ago. Also looks like ONCI may have gotten one of the last 3A10 settlements as "courts are catching on to this", specifically in the sub penny ranges. Maybe that was the plan all along? One good hard run up to pay off the debt on the way down, and now build the company deal by deal.
