Then I guess you've made the CHOICE not to believe the refinery will be built and not to purchase any shares; good for you. That's what a free society offers, choices.

But myself and many others have made a CHOICE also, that choice is to believe that a refinery will be built and to spend our hard earned money as we CHOOSE.

What a great country we live in, a country where the citizens are free to choose.
