My highest price is 9 shares at $40.28c (after all kind of reverse splits - money taken away by Randy), lowest 1251 at .08c. Average 20K @ $1.83. Not buying anymore.

I think there is some sort of price manipulation. If you want to purchase some and want the transaction to be completed it has to be at 0.1 or higher.
