It helps all low priced stocks that have historically been heavily diluted....however, it will help ones under 01 to a much greater extent. You make a valid point on Share Structure, but I think more importantly....does the Company have the cash and ability raise more to get business done....is what and should be important.
We got lucky here in many ways....if this happened 4 months ago regarding Alpine....I believe this never could have transpired.
