Got anything to back that up? I am sure that Brad and team would not incur the expenses of all the audits, attny fees, ect ect to file for something they knew they wouldnt receive. Not to mention they have hired an attorney the specialized in Reg A filings, I am guessing he would now allow them to move forward and compromise his reputation and file a potentially failed Reg A.
