It could be from one of the previous notes but It is my understanding that the conversions were already done. The volume is due to the Alpine situation more than likely not some new deal. Also, there are no new court filings for any other debt conversions. The curt records dont lie. If it is a conversion then its from one of the previous deals that has already been made public. The company can not sell shares nor can they cut new paper to trade. There is literally now way for them to do it and the CEO can not sell shares with out a filing
