Gotcha. Well it seems like Lewis and Clark are in business and still conducting business under that name. Maybe Inspyr did buy them out but kept that name and dropped Inspyr all together, which can happen in business deals. If I had to take a wild guess, they wouldn't just leave a shell after spending the type of money it takes to acquire one and the costs they have spent filing reports. Quite possibly a RM if anything on this shell.
