i hear ya. folks need to read the filings. very important before buying. that's how folks run up a pps ahead of any real news and then get shocked when it's not what they thought or when the company starts printing paper as soon as they see volume. aftc has debt. don't let folks tell ya they don't, because they do. read the filings. the annual report looks bogus, because it ommitted very pertinent information from the previous quarter filings. there is $1 mil in debt of which nearly $600k is convertible. aftc buyer beware.
