Coeurs had a good sized minority position in Northern Empire already. They must like recent drill results. As far as Northern mgmt, this might be a tad early. I am sure they were hoping for a bigger payoff than 117million valuation. Recent gold doldrums may have convinced them to take the money and run. Not sure if I will hold Coeur or not.
