$UBQU I’m hopeful time will tell on that situation on convertible shares being issued, but your valid point is important in that this rule change will stop things like that from happening in the future under a penny at least. The price will have to sustain that threshold as we move forward or the rules apply. I see this as a real positive especially for the real companies currently under the penny. Pump and Dumps from individuals trying to get volume for conversions are going to be drastically reduced.
