I think that is correct, debt could really be a burden going forward. With a company like $UBQU that is making money qtr after qtr it could be a positive as we can actually pay down our debt if we so choose to do so. This is why I see this as a nice situation for us in particular compared to many other debt laden companies. Think about it, I can only think of one other stock right now that does not carry an insane amount of debt and it’s trading at 10x UBQU currently anyway. Most OTC pinks have a lot of conversions on the books that will now take much longer to get through.
