You're confusing MMEG with Vert Capital the point of this conversation.

Vert sold MMEG Poolworks for $2MM in stock, they converted for the cash, and are no longer have ANYTHING to do with this ticker.

End of story.

Some are insinuating Vert is running MMEG. Untrue. Like that would make any difference, anyway.
