Sometimes things are exactly how they appear. This management team time and time again has over promised and under delivered. They run the coffers down to almost nothing and then go out and give the company shares away. You would think after 12 year period of time that they would learn how to work the market in their favor rather than always getting bent over.
If by chance this drug is a blockbuster it will be in spite of them rather then because of them.
