I agree the risk here is almost as bad as it gets

If in fact the loan person is shorting ..... then he could simply cover by buying at a lower price and not using converted shares

I am having second thoughts on my position

I do hope we really do get our concerns addressed tomorrow

If the toxic loan guy sells off .... I do not think he would give a hoot about where the company goes

Also was there a reverse split since the fist loan in 2014 .... if so then it seems their deal would also change
