I noticed that too, VERY small volume
I have personally bought more shares than that in a day and I am far, far away for a big time investor. Just MHO but I think it is a matter of those that are in are still optimistic and are not willing to sell. But they (and a lot of us here on the forum) are in that almost too deep to be comfortable position, and thus not buying more, even though lots of us think is a quite a bargain. Those that are not in are probably not following things nearly as close as we are. They haven't heard anything positive or negative for a while, and have not seen significant movement in the stock price and have just decided to wait and see. So, here we sit, waiting for the big financing announcement.
