The only problem with this is that you assume the stock will continue its decline. Even if they get the letter, they get to appeal and then get so many more months to rectify the situation. As we didn't hear specifics about Q1, we did hear Q2 and the year should be profitable. IF they can dodge the letter until the profits are shown, things will only get better. If they can't, things will get worse and getting the letter will indeed drop this further, but once the profits are shown it will bounce back. Odds of RS imo aren't 0, but they are on the lower side of the spectrum even if they do get the non-compliance letter. There's just too much time to turn it around before any RS would need to be implemented. No reply needed.
