Hopefully her timing was off and a deal should have been announced but given the track record this is all par for the course under the iceo. Months of silence then $2 dilution then more authorized shares. What are the odds that the iceo will strike a mega deal out of the blue? The iceo has not generated much confidence from the street based on the sp.
