well, it's not like there aren't several thousand examples of stocks just like VMGI that have run 100+ baggers off the bottom, all with leftover notes from the former company. creditors are either handed pennies on the dollar or they make a deal to finance the incoming venture.

and yes, it's fine by me if that history repeats.
