Curious how the homeless population behind the building is treating him. It is getting worse. Since the 90s, I have not seen it this bad. The library is filled with them using the bathrooms and computers, the old courthouse is overrun with them, and up SRR they all squat back there.

It won't be long until Poutre will be living behind the building. Maybe he will move into one of the caves up at the top of Coral Cyn or in the bathroom by Zuma Food 2.
