Not finding any information about a R/S on nvsos, otcmarkets, press releases or any other sources.

NVSOS does show a "Stock Split". However, many times that is done when the A/S increases. Not necessarily a R/S

Where did you find that? All I could find was "split" reference on NVSOS, no detailed document.
