A/S reduction after annual meeting + Colorado update which was suppose to come a few weeks after PR. We gave them $1 Mil with 8% interest. Currently we have a licensing agreement. Did not make since to give $1 Mil to them for the licensing agreement. Some thought we would eventually get the lab if they were unable to pay???
