How many years have they said that same thing? IPCI is rapidly running out of first half.

Something like that...but they've been wrong with so many projections in the past the market no longer places any credence on timeframes given right.

Now if they suddenly started delivering/executing and meeting some of the projections made within the timeframes given...maybe just maybe a fresh wave of optimism would start returning to this stock.
