Just an odd coincidence that the "black out period" seems to align with when the clinical hold went into effect?

Per some of my prior posts - assuming that Lombardo believes the hold will be lifted relatively soon - it could be that he directed IR not to communicate any further with shareholders (on any questions) until they have clarity on the hold and any impacts. Lombardo's thinking could be "until I know the impacts of the clinical hold, I don't want IR communicating with shareholders and setting any expectations that may not hold true once we know the impacts of the hold".

I'm hoping for the best - black out period exists because of pending deal.

I'm planning for the worst - hold may have impacts on dosing schedule of combo trial(s), thus requiring protocol changes to active combo trial(s). Hold may cause termination of Astra combo trial resulting in short-term pps hit.

Disclosure: While I haven't sold any shares since the hold was announced, I've been pretty much holding off buying more shares until I see the hold lifted.
