IS there a possibility that BSX bought 150 million or more shares in last few days? If later BSX buy out NVCN, does their trading count as insider trading ?

BSX obviously then sent Fred Cohen to NVCN to control the manipulation of the latter's stock price so as to buy it at the lowest possible price, right? Anybody has any idea what the lowest price might be when the acquisition is announced? JMHO
