It is very obvious it's UATG's technology, it might be a good question to ask Alex about patents. I was searching for patents a few months ago and came up with quite a few, but not Hygeia. They have obviously trademarked Hygeia.

I couldn't find any US patents for Umbra Applied Technologies. However, Hygieia, Inc. has several patents that show up at the USPTO.

And I searched for the Hygieia trademark at TESS (Trademark Electronic Search System) and got 6 results. And 1 of the 6 is indeed owned by Hygieia, Inc..
