I have proven with FACTS that CHK has extremely low dilution. YES FACTS.

Opinions stating the SEC files and all facts are false it nonsense. CHK has very low dilution and we all know this to be FACT.

I don't think you understand SEC filings. The last S-8 was issued a year ago and pertains to new shares to be issued to employees as compensation ... no selling of shares by the company.
