I-Box updated to show the letter from the clown that states:

The heart of our existing business was and is our brands, VitaminFIZZ® and The Herbal Collection™. Neither brand was included in the divestiture, and both brands are still 100 percent owned by Minerco. As we move our model forward, our brands will be at the forefront.

Whether willful or unintentional, it makes a huge difference in this new theory that Vanis is leaving Minerco, which is the new excuse for why people should buy stock in spite of the past failures and changing stories.

Reality is that Priwen has been stated in the PR as continuing to run it's own operations after the acquisition, which Minerco will be majority owner of, and there remains Vitamin Fizz, The Herbal Collection and Fuse Live Events still as other areas of the company under Vanis. Makes complete sense, if they are if not experts, they are presumably at least more knowledgeable in the industry, they can run that part, earn a salary for doing that and still own 40% of Priwen.

But theory to get people to believe Vanis is leaving entirely would mean that Minerco is buying a majority stake in a company to then give those minority owners full ownership and management of not just Priwen, but also the beverage and Fuse entities as well. If that were the case 1) why would the Priwen guys want to run the other things they probably have no interest or experience in and 2) why wouldn't Minerco just be sold to Priwen instead?...or at least just be given to them, rather than paying them for 60% of their existing company on top of giving them 100% of that, plus everything else? It doesn't make any sense!
