50% above the 52-week high should be easily doable. Especially if this whole charade started a year ago and AMGN truly wants us off the table.. IMO

FBG......my 2 cents is if we are correct on the buyout this has been planned before or since Dan left. ADXS has basically sat on their hands for 10 months only submitting the MAA for AXAL and splitting out the franchises. They pushed back a few things and had a 10M share offering. Disregarding the HOLD for the time being. There has been nothing to reflect any problems with the science. So this has been in play for a very long time and the current SP is the outcome of a large short contingent playing on the lack of movement by the company. So in my view, the current SP is not what they are working off of, it's the value of the science. There are zero fundamentals for this company so it's based on the value of the science. What I am curious to see is how they orchestrate the rise in the SP before any announcement.
