I don't give a damn how "prudent" a management team is in Pennyland or NYSE/NASDAQ. The Family & Friends plan will always come before common shareholders. The last PP is no different. Will they continue diluting commoners to the benefit of their Family & Friends? Who knows? These guys are still in the backroom making the sausage.
So the question is: Does one have the guts (perseverance) to stick around for the BBQ?
