Many filings/reports have indeed been submitted by JBZY/DOLV.

Possibly, so 'investors' think/say things such as this:
'financials that had to do with the previous shell were submitted to become qualified for NASDAQ...
OTC financials are not required, but they are submitting them...
More than what I can say about many of my other stocks!'

These scammers no dummies...
