I like finding out how much we own in these mysterious Canopy Rivers partnerships. What we do know now is Canopy Rivers owns 12% of TerrAscend (TER), 10.4% of James E. Wagner (ticker soon to be JWC), and own and unknown amount of LiveWell. Canopy Growth and Canopy Rivers, combined, own 66.7% of Vert Mirabel, however we do not know how much of that belongs to Canopy Rivers directly. Canopy Rivers may also have ownership stakes in other companies, which we will soon find out more about. Canopy Rivers is going public before July 1, 2018.
