Not Yet, I know April 7th was the extended deadline last year for the dividend. But I am guessing that maybe they will become unrestricted based on the date that the shares actually showed up in the accounts, and to be honest, I don't really remember what date they actually showed up in my account.Pretty sure it was at least a couple weeks or so after the deadline. My broker is now Ameritrade, but I was originally with Scottrade before the buyout.

On the KGKG board fax reported he got his from Fidelity last Friday. I have filed my request with E-trade and they are suppose to get to as soon as they receive the forms and take their fees.
Best to get on it and call your broker and find out what their procedure is.
