last of sellers.pink sheet current. no dilution. zero convertible debt left on the books. going to be a winner and trading over .10 again.

i became a believer after the 8k came out yesterday after hours confirming convertible debt fully extinguished as the pr had stated. after more dd, my understanding is that the push to .10 is this week, with just a 60 mil os and less than 50 mil float. holding here for the meaty buyers coming from offshore!

oh, and the sellers should know that your shares will be falling into the hands of folks who won't sell to you below .10.
