It's all in the TOXIC debt. Some DD on Phoenix Fund Management is quite revealing.

WHYYYYY in the WORLD would WRFX want to deal with Phoenix Fund, not a good group.

Obviously, if WRFX guys want this to be a "legit company", they would have done some DD into that group. Obviously they didn't.
