I was referring to several years ago when the stock was in the $4's and the company was bought out by Amgen I believe for $44 or $45. Not the current penny stock. I was a benefactor of THAT. I think it was Amgen that bought them out....maybe a different company.

The sold for $500M after BK I believe and then Valeant sold the assets later for almost $900M if I recall
