More Yes than No with caution.... It is thinly traded,can be easily manipulated,up or down.Since the dog(company) has been written off as a goner,I believe the stock would likely to go up and fast,with any funds participation.Yes,it was a steller stock in the past;I am betting that it can gain traction again.Wolfff.Wolfff.
