I find it funny that they didn’t file a notice for late filing, even if it’s a few days.

The strangest thing I find in this report is it is pitiful! After successfully merged Dakota Life and Kasten in March 2017, their words not mine. They haven’t merge audited financials together and won’t until possibly the 3rd/4th quarter 2018!

Another problem I have is the address of Kasten, it is located in an apartment building with no commercial units!

If this is such a succesful company, why base it out of an apartment similar to a housewife who sells baked goods out of her home?
