I have never been so discouraged as I am now. They are just squeaking by now and what I see with the offering is a company only wanting to cover the burn rate. At least no one will sue them, right? Unless one of you guys wants to sue them for shares. That would be hilarious to me.
One of my theories was that this is a short scheme.
