Something is definitely going on. It could be bad news but I doubt it because of the recent dilution. That would open them up to a bunch of lawsuits.

Possibly a tiered buyout. Like 2 billion ultimately with 400 now and a lump sum after certain milestones met. This happened recently with another small bio. That’s the only way I can see getting that type of value now.

Other scenario is selling off the franchises or a big partnership with BP.

But I believe most definitely something happening where those execs are being replaced if in fact they all gone which I believe they are.
