I would imagine the other side would be..... This is the first legitimate acquisition / merger Vanis has the chance to be a part of. If he does not sign, he does not have to spend money to acquire anything, he keeps all the profit from new shares sold on the idea of it and he can move along to the next "shell / pump" idea .

It won't be that easy this time. He stated in the last filing ...the deal will close on or before April 14,15 (I can't remember which and don't feel like looking it up) . He can put out as many bogus PR and MOU as he wants, but when he puts statements about finalizing in an actual filing, the SEC will be able to hold him legally accountable.
